The Police Authority has published the Annual Report for the States of Jersey Police for 2018.
This years report has continued with a more modern style of reporting based on positive feedback from last years readers.
This report is the first of the two-year Policing Plan which was published in January 2018.
Chairman of the JPA Dr Jason Lane says; “States of Jersey Police have made considerable gains on the two year Policing Plan and I am delighted that 21 objectives have been completed of the original plan with the remaining 11 on target for completion this year.”
Dr Lane continued; ” States of Jersey Police Staff, both officers and civilians, have endured another year of change and adaptation involving their working practices, senior leadership and available resources. Once again they have met these challenges with a professionalism recognised and supported. To that end, I encourage you to read this year’s annual report and to understand more about the commendable work that SOJP have achieved during 2018.”
